i thought i had posted this already, but i guess i am wrong

moral quandaries are a bitch

do you agree that once you buy a home everything in it becomes yours, even things that are hidden(including possible problems, so the equation is balanced in that sense)
i would feel guilty though, a little bit, if the previous owner werent deceased and the sellers were the people that inherited the property so they already come out way ahead
