the house on hazel street in sulphur isnt going to happen
their counter offer was basically the original asking price
these people are idiots
they are absentee owners, living in shreveport and probably havent even seen the house in years and it just isnt worth 90 grand

so back to looking(like i had a chance to stop)
susan, my realtor is out of town till mardi gras, but left me the name and number of a coworker that she said would show me homes, etc till she got back
i called her(julie) cell this afternoon and she sounded perturbed, told me she was in metarie for a wedding, could i call back monday
